Viruta Lab opens the doors of its studio with the intention of turning it into a ‘showroom’ with space enough for different collaborations related to crafts, design and art in Valencia.

The studio was created in 2020 due to the artistic and architectural concerns of designers David Puerta and María Daroz, and has become in just over a year of life one of the benchmarks in terms of design and interior architetcure thanks to its recognized work in different city projects, from restaurants (Al Taulell), through private homes, to hotels (Hotel Port) or beauty salons (Le Bloom).

It is this March 2022 when they have decided to open this showroom to the public with various collaborations, starting the first one with Absoluta Flora. David and María have managed to create a multidisciplinary space where all kinds of craft, design and art proposals have a place.

Its architecture? Like his studio, it is functional, balanced, responsive and sonorous. «Warm and timeless projects that are born from active listening, empathy and teamwork with the client. Residential, ephemeral, retail and contract spaces with a purpose: emotion”, indicate their own founders.
